If you do not have a car or boat for your trips around Port Grimaud, here is the public transportation that you can use to circulate the area:

Bus line 7202 between Cogolin and les Arcs

From Cogolin, this line serves Cogolin, Grimaud Village, Garde Freinet, Cannet, Vidauban, and Les Arcs.

At the start of Les Arcs, this line serves Les Arcs, Vidauban, Cannet, Garde Freinet, Grimaud, Cogolin, and Sainte Maxime.

3 buses run in each direction every day. This line only works on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and on public holidays from April 1st to July 8th. There is no service on other days of the week. However, during the summer period, from July 9th to October 29th, services operate regularly from Monday to Sunday and on public holidays.

Bus line 7601 between Saint-Tropez and Saint-Raphaël

This line serves Saint-Tropez, Gassin, Cogolin, Grimaud, Sainte-Maxime, Roquebrune, Fréjus, and Saint-Raphaël.

This line runs every day of the week, including on public holidays, but between April 1st and October 29th, 2017, it only runs in the return direction after 4pm (from Saint-Raphaël to Saint-Tropez).

Bus line 7701 between the Garde Freinet and Saint-Tropez

This line serves the Garde Freinet, Grimaud, Cogolin, Gassin, and Saint-Tropez.

It runs from Monday to Saturday. No service on Sundays and on public holidays.

Bus line 7702 between Cavalaire and Saint-Raphaël

This line serves Cavalaire, La Croix Valmer, Gassin, Cogolin, Grimaud, Sainte-Maxime, Roquebrune, Fréjus, and Saint-Raphaël.

This line runs every day, including on public holidays.

For all the above mentioned routes, the individual price is 3 euros per journey, or 5 euros if you make the round trip during the day.

The Little Train of Grimaud

A small train connects the village of Grimaud and Port Grimaud during the summer (from April 1st, 2017 to October 15th, 2017). The journey takes approximately 50 minutes.

The discovery trip will take you to one of the oldest villages in the Massif des Maures, its castle, the Romanesque Provençale Saint-Michel church, the Chapelle Saint-Roch, the Museum of Arts and Traditions, the Mill, numerous fountains, a panoramic view of the squares of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez shaded by centuries-old nettle trees.

Comments are available in French, English, Italian, and German.

Price: Round trip at €7 for an adult and €4 for a child between 3 and 11 years old.

Boats

There are electric boats that allow you to go around Port Grimaud in about twenty minutes. You can borrow them between mid-February and mid-November.

The price is 5.50 euros per adult and 3 euros for children from 3 to 12 years old.

Green boats for reaching Sainte-Maxime or Saint-Tropez from Port Grimaud

The crossing between Port Grimaud and Saint-Tropez lasts between 20 and 30 minutes.

The line connecting Port Grimaud to Sainte-Maxime is open from July 8^th to September 3rd, except on Tuesdays, and the journey takes about 25 minutes.
