Friday, November 3: Opening of the Joël Cunin exhibition

Painting is an act of love, and for the painter that I am, no subject is more beautiful than the human being, and particularly the female body. These women, as muses and models, through numerous exchanges and sharing, have taught me, among other things, that femininity is not solely about the appearance of the body.

Come and discover the works of this artist during the opening of the exhibition at Maison des Arcades at 6:30 PM.

For its fourth edition, Grimaud is hosting the Santonniers Fair at the Arthur Bauchet hall in the Sports Complex des Blaquières until November 5th.

Discover unique creations to enhance your Provençal Christmas nativity scene.

Organized by the ‘Les Amis de la Crèche’ association by Maxime Codou and ‘L’Escandihado de Grimaud’ at the Sports Complex des Blaquières.

Wednesday, November 8: Opening of the Yette Franken exhibition

Yette FRANKEN, a watercolor artist, paints what she sees as naturally as she breathes.

Drawing inspiration from the alleys of Grimaud, she has dedicated around thirty unique canvases primarily for the museum, showcasing the colors of Provence.

Join us at the opening of this brand-new exhibition at the Heritage Museum, ‘Grimaud Yesterday and Today,’ at 6:30 PM.

Friday, November 10: Grimaud Musical Evenings

ttend the concert ‘Bach, father and son: From Baroque to Classical’ featuring François Meyer (oboe) and Thierry Mechler (organ).

François Meyer began his oboe studies at the Mulhouse Conservatory. After furthering his skills at the National Conservatory of Music in Lyon, he held the position of principal English horn in the Rhine Symphony Orchestra and was later appointed as the principal oboe in the Nice Philharmonic Orchestra.

Thierry Mechler is one of the prominent figures in the world of the organ in France and internationally. His numerous awards and international solo career have taken him to all continents.

Mr. Alain Benedetto, Mayor of Grimaud and Departmental Councilor, along with the entire Municipal Council and the children from Grimaud schools, invite you to join them on this day of remembrance.

11:15 AM: Gathering in front of the Town Hall
11:30 AM: Patriotic ceremony at the War Memorial
12:00 PM: Procession to the cemetery for the laying of flowers on the graves of soldiers who died for France.
12:30 PM: Republican aperitif in front of the Town Hall.

Saturday, November 25: FC Grimaud Bingo Night

The traditional FC Grimaud Bingo is a truly enjoyable moment of camaraderie. This year, there are numerous prizes to be won: vacations, bicycles, home appliances, gaming consoles… Nearly 200 prizes in total!

The program includes 18 ‘quines’ and 6 full cards. Please note that the event often sells out rapidly, so early booking is recommended.

Doors open at the Sports Complex des Blaquières at 6 PM, and the bingo starts at 7 PM. Refreshments available on-site. Reservation is mandatory via SMS at 06 25 27 37 01.

From 10 AM to 12:30 PM: Zero Waste Sewing Workshop Offered by Nadège, at the association’s location; you will learn to use fabric scraps to create beautiful accessories, pouches, and other useful mini-bags for daily life.
